All the epic eats to try during Calgary's burger festival next month
This year Le Burger Week Calgary will run from September 1 to September 7, so mark your calendar and get out those stretchy pants.
The 2019 participating Calgary eateries competing for the title of their city’s best burger have been revealed.

Restaurant’s special creations are typically offered at a special “burger price” for the public to taste and cast their votes on leburgerweek.com.
There will be winning burgers in several categories, last year’s included People’s Choice, Most Creative, and Healthiest Burger.
The celebration also sends undercover tasters all over the country to choose which creation will earn the Judges’ Choice title.
Here are all the creations you can look forward to digging into come September 1.
The Canadian Brewhouse (Northgate and Mahogany) – Peppercorn Delight
Enjoy this $18 burger made with a spicy peppercorn burger smothered with tangy goat cheese, arugula, tomatoes, red onions, and creamy garlic sauce. All served on a delightful brioche bun

OEB Breakfast (Bridgeland) – The Notorious B.I.T.
This $18 creation features a proprietary blend of brisket, chuck, short-rib burger, topped with white truffle aioli and the works on a Japanese milk bun.

Flipp’n Burgers – Flipp’n Burgers
This burger is $14.25 and features two 100% Alberta beef patties – one patty is covered with sautéed mushroom and Swiss cheese, the others topped with real cheddar cheese and beef bacon – along with frizzled onions and signature flipping sauce.
