Calgarians who were out and about yesterday evening were treated to a magnificent colourful display in the sky.

It didn’t take long for photos to flood social media, with many people eagerly sharing the views from their evening commutes of a sunset filled with pink, yellow and blue hues.

People were excited about the stunning display and couldn’t help but share their enthusiasm over the warmer weather after a brutal cold spell.

Calgary is expected to see some pretty fantastic weather this week, with temperatures reaching as high as 8°C.
