The Rock and Roll Hall of Famers will appear alongside fellow headliners in the form of British rock veterans The Cult and Canadian alt-rockers Moist.

The Stampede Roundup is the largest private fundraiser of the Calgary Stampede, open only to the clients, tenants, staff, and family/ friends of event sponsors.

A password is required to purchase tickets, which cost $120 (plus taxes and service charges).

They include gate entry, free bus transportation to and from downtown, and Rotary’s famous Beef-on-a-Bun dinner with campfire beans, coleslaw, and fruit salad.

Working with the Rotary Club of Calgary, the Roundup uses the proceeds to fund a host of school, food and seniors programs. Last year they raised $225,000.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on April 26, although any one with the “Blakes Password” can buy tickets from April 19 to 25.
