Kim’s Katsu and Roll just opened its doors in Calgary
Kim’s Katsu and Roll just officially opened its doors in Calgary. This is the new sister restaurant to Kim’s Katsu in Kensington.
The new 2826 Morley Trail NW eatery offers customers a selection of Japanese katsu (nine varieties, to be exact) alongside eats like donburi, teriyaki dishes, curries, and more.

Sushi is also a big thing here, as Kim’s has a long list of rolls up for order. This includes everything from Spicy Salmon Rolls to Yam Rolls to special rolls like a “Fish and Chips Roll.”
Kim’s Katsu’s operating hours will be 4 to 8:30 pm today for the opening.
This concept’s hours, in general, will be Monday to Saturday from 11:30 to 8:30 pm. You can enjoy 10% off all pickup orders until the end of the year.
