The Kensington Summertime Outdoor Movies series is returning for another year this August, bringing tales of coming of age, first love, adventure and mystery to the big screen.
This year, the lineup includes The Breakfast Club, Dirty Dancing, The Princess Bride, Ghostbusters, plus two Calgary International Film Festival films yet to be announced.
Screenings will take place every Saturday in August at 9 pm, on Calgary Parking Authority Lot 57, at 1210 Kensington Rd NW.
You’ll need to bring your own chair or picnic blanket, but hot popcorn and sweet southern iced tea will be free.
