New Japanese restaurant specializing in yakitori opening in Calgary

A brand-new yakitori spot is set to open in Calgary this fall.

Kazu, Calgary’s newest spot for Japanese bites and whiskey, is gearing up to open at 508 17th Ave. SW, just beside Lulu Bar.

Aiming to offer the “new standard of yakitori” in Calgary, Kazu will be celebrating the precision and ritual of cooking over charcoal.

Alongside traditional yakitori, the spot will also be serving up a selection of Japanese whiskeys and crafted cocktails.

Kazu has yet to reveal an official opening date, so stay tuned for this one.
