Canadians have spoken, and Justin Trudeau’s Liberals have won a majority government, ousting former Prime Minister Stephen Harper from office.

After the longest election campaign in modern history, the Liberals have walked away with over 170 seats.

Trudeau, 43, has won a majority not just across Canada but also in Quebec, a feat that was last achieved by his father, Pierre Elliott Trudeau, in 1980.
