Justin Trudeau responds to anti-Syrian graffiti on Calgary school

Dec 19 2017, 11:07 am

A Calgary southeast school was gratified over the weekend with hateful and anti-refugee messages.

The messages on the wall of the Wilma Hansen Junior High School read “Syrians go home and die.” The vandals also took aim at Prime Minister Justin Trudeau by scrawling “Kill the traitor Trudeau”.

After hearing about the hate messages, Trudeau took to Twitter to respond to the vandalism.

The graffiti on the walls of the school have since been removed.
