This longtime Calgary Mexican spot closed over the weekend

Longtime Calgary Mexican spot Julio’s Barrio has officially closed its doors for an “undetermined amount of time” for renovations.

The Kensington eatery has been serving up tacos, margaritas, and some notorious fiesta vibes in YYC for 15 years.

The last day of business for the restaurant was on September 28, we’ll keep you posted on re-opening announcements.
