Calgary's Jerusalem Shawarma is offering free meals for those in need

Times are tough for everyone right now, and one Calgary restaurant is making moves to help those most in need in our city.

Jerusalem Shawarma might have been known for its fast-casual Mediterranean cuisine, but the YYC mini-chain is surely going to be recognized for its incredible generosity and hospitality when it’s all over.

The eatery is offering a free meal to those who are hungry and can’t afford it otherwise from all four of its Calgary locations.

Jerusalem Shawarma is also offering all EMS, firefighters, police, and frontline workers their meals at half price.
