Illusionist Darcy Oake to perform in Calgary Thursday night

Canadian master illusionist and sleight of hand artist Darcy Oake, makes his highly anticipated return to Canada this November and December with his acclaimed Edge of Reality World Tour.

The tour includes appearances in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver and his hometown of Winnipeg. Oake will be performing in Calgary on Thursday, November 26 at Jack Singer Concert Hall at EPCOR Centre.

Oake has been featured on shows like Britain’s Got Talent and the BBC’s The One Show and recently awarded the People’s Choice Gold Medal by the Pacific Coast Association of Magicians.

While he is most recognized in the United Kingdom, Oake has international appeal thanks to a viral YouTube video of him conjuring doves out of nowhere – the clip has over 57 million views.

Oake also hopes to finds new fans with his book Behind the Illusion, where he delves into secrets and history of classic illusions, and his Edge of Reality World Tour.

But first, Calgarians will get a chance to see him up close and personal, but there are only a few tickets left, so you may need to create some magic of your own to get in.
