Newly launched this summer in Calgary, Ice Ice Baby is a vendor specializing in the cold treat known as Snow Cream, or Shaved Ice Cream.
You may have seen folks walking around Calgary-area night markets carrying bowls of brightly-coloured sweet goodness, piled high. With flavours like Strawberry Cheesecake, Mango, and Chocolate Brownie, these shaved ice treats meld the world of creamy richness and icy coldness…and they are fun to snap pics of to “feed” your Instagram.
“It has a fluffy, snow-like texture and is light and creamy!” explains Ice Ice Baby’s Ivy Chen tells Daily Hive.

“We’ve just introduced our product this summer and have been attending events such as the Calgary night market and the Inglewood night market and will be continuing to do so until the fall,” adds Chen.
