Hawthorn Dining Room & Bar opening in Calgary this April

Calgary’s new highly-anticipated eatery Hawthorn Dining Room & Bar is slated to open this spring.
The new foodie destination will be opening in the Fairmont Palliser Hotel next month, inviting patrons into its newly-renovated room to sip on an Old Fashioned and enjoy an exciting menu too.

Set to open April 2, 2019, the dining room and bar is a modern ode to the hotel’s rich history.
The new spot has teased “reimagined interiors” as well as a “brand new, stunning lobby bar.”
