There's a fun Halloween event happening at the Royal Alberta Museum

You’re invited to visit the Royal Alberta Museum for a bunch of Halloween fun! The RAM is hosting a family friendly event during the day on Halloween, filled with activities and scares for ghouls of all ages.

Wearing costumes is encouraged, and wearing masks is mandatory.

Some of the fun Halloween-themed activities kids can participate in are;

Flashlight Expedition: What do you find in the dark?

Ages 6-12

Kids will be given a (sanitized) flashlight, and the opportunity to venture into the roundhouse, and see what objects they can find.

Bug Encounters

All ages

Kids can check out the Bug Encounters in the lobby at 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm, and meet the stars of the Bug Gallery outside of their tanks!

Photo Scavenger Hunt

All ages

Kids can take a shot at the photo scavenger hunt. They will be asked to solve the riddles, search through the galleries, take a photo, and tag RAM on social media. If they can complete the whole hunt, they’ll receive a code for 10% off at the Museum Shop.

All Halloween activities are included in your admission fee on October 31. You must book a timed ticket for October 31 in advance.
