One of Calgary’s most famous coffee roasters is opening their third permanent location in South Centre Mall.

Fratello Analog Coffee will be open tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m., according to a tweet sent out by the company.

The company toyed with the idea of opening an analog store when they launched Fratello’s Analog Coffee at the Calgary Farmers’ Market on Blackfoot Trail SE in 2011. After that, they launched their first stand-alone location, the flagship store, at 740-17th Avenue South West.

The coffee roasters have been around for nearly 30 years and promise that all their beans are ethically sourced by working directly with farmers from around the world.
