You can fly from Calgary to Hong Kong for $572 this summer and fall
If you’re trying to figure out where to go for your next big vacation, we may just have the answer.
YYC Deals has found that roundtrip flights from Calgary to Hong Kong are currently going for just $572 (yes, that is for both the flight there and back), with dates available throughout the summer and into the fall.
To put that into perspective, flights from Calgary to Toronto are all hovering around the $500 mark… so for an extra $70 or so dollars, you’ll get to cross an entire ocean.
The cheap price point doesn’t come without a catch, however, as there will be layovers both to and from Hong Kong.
The latter isn’t so bad, as you’ll generally be spending two or so hours in the gorgeous Vancouver International Airport. The flight on the way there… is a little longer.
Most of these cheap roundtrip flights feature a 12 to 14-hour layover in Vancouver before taking off once more to Hong Kong — which really isn’t so bad, because you’ll actually have some time to check out the city.
