Chinese street food spot 'Flame Mountain' to open in Calgary July 15

Flame Mountain BBQ will be opening its doors to YYC at 919 Centre Street NW Unit C.

The new spot for Chinese street food will be celebrating its soft opening on July 15, and it plans to have its grand opening on July 19 and 20.

Patrons can expect eats like beef, lamb, chicken gizzard, prawns, tofu, corn, mushrooms, and hurricane potato chip skewers, along with oysters, clams, and eggplant topped with fresh garlic sauce.

Everything at Flame Mountain will be cooked over a charcoal flame, and the new spot will also offer bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, milkshakes, and beer.

This place pretty much sounds like heaven – be sure to mark your calendar and head here to fill your stomach and welcome the team to the neighbourhood once it opens.
