In respect for the passing of rising Calgary Progressive Conservative MLA Manmeet Bhullar, all flags will be lowered to half-mast at all provincial government buildings across Alberta as a tribute to his memory.
PC Interim Leader Ric Mclver said in a statement, “Manmeet was much-loved as a husband to Namrita and a dear friend, not just to his colleagues but also to anyone who came to know him.”
Many who met Bhullar thought the same thing of him, including our mayor.
Devastated to hear of the death of my friend and incredible public servant Manmeet Bhullar in a car accident today. https://t.co/vdsXtg9aZt
