So you think you’re a big Harry Potter fan? Well, clearly not as big as the folks from the legendary Duchess Bake Shop in Edmonton.
The legendary Alberta bakery has outdone itself this year and made that Canadian Parliament gingerbread house from last year look like child’s play with this intricate Hogwarts castle straight from the uber-popular fiction series.

The 100% edible Hogwarts castle is made from gingerbread, sugar, and candy. The stunning structure is incredibly detailed and on display in Edmonton at the shop.
The sad, or fun part – depending on how you look at it – is that you can actually win the chance to destroy this gingerbread castle by bringing in new socks for a charitable donation.
Until that happens patrons are free to mosey on over and take a gander at the impressive creation.
If you can’t make it up to Edmonton yourself, get a peek at the castle here.
