So you think you’re a big Harry Potter fan? Well, clearly not as big as the folks from the legendary Duchess Bake Shop in Edmonton.

The 100% edible Hogwarts castle is made from gingerbread, sugar, and candy. The stunning structure is incredibly detailed and on display in Edmonton at the shop.
The sad, or fun part – depending on how you look at it – is that you can actually win the chance to destroy this gingerbread castle by bringing in new socks for a charitable donation.
Until that happens patrons are free to mosey on over and take a gander at the impressive creation.
If you can’t make it up to Edmonton yourself, get a peek at the castle here.
