Hot springs and fresh powder are a winning combination.

It’s not very often that a resort offers both skiing and soaking, but Fairmont Hot Springs Resort will be doing just that starting this Friday, December 20.

Visitors of the resort will be able to ski on their 14-run hill beginning this weekend, thanks to new snow-making technology that has allowed for a significantly extended season.

Runs at the resort range from green to black diamond, accessible thanks to three lifts. Two levels of terrain park have also found a home at the resort, with over 20 features ranging in difficulty.

Anyone with cold and aching muscles after a long day in the snow will be able to relax in the resort’s hot springs pools, as every ski pass includes complimentary admission to the tubs — not a bad way to end off a fun day on the slopes!

Adult seasons passes are currently available for $439, while single day lift tickets go for $52. discounts are available for half-days, children, seniors, youth, and admission is completely free for anyone under five or over 75.

Full details on pass prices are available at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort’s website.
