Lagree YYC

Lagree is an innovative approach to full body conditioning. It combines cardo, weight lifting and Pilates techniques that aims to maximize exertion and minimize risk of injury.
Lagree YYC’s 45-minute class uses a Megaformer M3S (a moving platform for added benefits and functionality).

Studio Revolution Fitness

How can you get a surfer’s body in a land-locked province? Studio Revolution Fitness’s SurtSet classes are geared towards extreme core strength, cardio and plyometric exercises on unstable surfboards.
Classes are 45-60 minutes and include a foundations class to safely learn the skills.

Fit Republic – AntiGravity Aerial Fitness

Fir Republic’s AntiGravity class combines stretching, core strength and calisthenics, all while being suspended from the ceiling in large hammock-like apparatus. Great for changing up your workout, as long as you’re not afraid of heights!

If you’re looking for something completely different, Burlesquerise classes offers 45 minutes of exercises followed by 45 minutes of dance training. This unique class develops core strength and tones your entire body, while having fun!

Barre Belle

Barre has arguably become a top fitness choice in Calgary over the past year. This workout uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciples, like yoga, that focuses on isometric strength training combined with high reps.

Row 17 – IndoRow

The IndoRow classes at Row 17 aims for the participant to receive all the benefits of competitive, on-water rowing. This class is easy to learn, fast-paced and team-oriented. Each person has a monitor that provides feedback on performance, distance and even calories burned.
