This isn’t your regular old escape room.
Escape Capers, an escape room company in Calgary, has thrown together a Christmas-themed escape room for the holidays, complete with a fancy party, unsolved mysteries, and a missing guest.

- Jasper is hosting a huge winter festival this January
The coolest thing about Escape Capers is that each of their rooms features a host that will supply your group with clues (if you need them) and add to the theme’s overall ambience.
Instead of wasting your valuable minutes explaining to a worker how far along you’ve made it in the room, the host will be right there with you every step of the way, so they’ll know exactly what it is your group might be stuck on once you decide to ask for a clue.
According to the Escape Capers website, their rooms also work non-linearly, so separate, smaller teams can split off from the main group to complete riddles simultaneously.
The Christmas Caper escape room runs for a total of 60 minutes, and can fit up to nine mystery solvers at once.
Not a bad way to get the gang together during the holidays, even if it is for just one heart-pounding hour.
