Doctor Who stars Noel Clarke and Billie Piper to attend Calgary Expo

Doctor Who stars Noel Clarke and Billie Piper will be joining the Calgary Expo this April.

The Doctor Who stars are just some of the big names who will be in attendance at this year’s Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo. Organizers have also just announced more creators who will be stopping by the show as well, including Bill Amend, Diana Greenhalgh, and Charles Soule.

Fans may recognize Clarke, who played Mickey Smith in the British sci-fi show, and Piper who played Rose Tyler. Piper also now stars in Penny Dreadful as Lily.

Other actors on the guest list include Sir Michael Gambon – a.k.a Albus Dumbledore – and Jason Isaacs – a.k.a Lucius Malfoy, as well as lead actors in The Walking Dead, Steven Yuen (Glenn) and Alanna Masterson (Tara), Game of Thrones star Finn Jones, and Lucy Lawless – a.k.a. Xena the Warrior Princess.

The Calgary Expo will run in 2016 from April 28 to May 1 at Stampede Park and celebrate science fiction, comic books, film, television, horror, fantasy, animation, pop culture, and more.
