Introduce your kids to everyone’s favourite steam engine at a Day Out With Thomas this May.
Set at the Heritage Park Historical Village, families can join in with Thomas related activities to bring the character’s popular cartoons and stories to life. Kids will get a chance to ride a train pulled by Thomas and meet their favourite railway controller, Sir Topham HattTM.
Other activities include arts and crafts in the Imagination Station, temporary tattoos of the Island of Sodor friends, live entertainment, face painting, and much more.
Heritage Park doesn’t officially open until May 21, but showing up for a Day Out With Thomas gives families the opportunity to try the Baby Eli Ferris Wheel, Bowness Carousel, Children’s Boat Swings, and horse-drawn wagon rides.
Your ticket will include a specific departure time and it’s recommended that you show up an hour prior to the scheduled departure time, rain or shine.
