Calgary's newest vegan brunch restaurant is opening soon

A new spot for plant-based comfort food is opening soon in Calgary, and it’s called The Dandelion.

Located at 1048 8th Street SE in Ramsay, the new vegan brunch spot will aim to “bring a whole new world to the Calgary scene” by offering plant-forward eats and “healing drinks for your mind and body”.

With a goal to be as close to zero waste as possible, The Dandelion also emphasize supporting local artists.

With eats and drinks like vegan tacos, bánh mìs, kombucha, and an elixir bar on site, it seems this is the spot to go if you need and body-and-soul refresh in YYC.

The grand opening party is going down on September 1, so mark your calendar.
