The Godard family in Crestmont is ready for Christmas and Star Wars this season.
The family is a three-time Crestmont Christmas Lights contest winner (2013, 2014, 2015) and have set up more than 1.5 kilometres of extension cords to service the lights at their 98 Crestmont Drive SW (map) home for a 20 minute light and music show.
In the true spirit of this season, their light show starts off with Darth Vader’s Imperial March from Star Wars.
That’s not the only light and song sequence the family has set up.
They have a disco Santa dancing to Macho Man.
They have Feliz Navidad.
A minion themed show.
To hear the music when you drive by 98 Crestmont Drive SW, tune your car radio to 96.3 FM. the show runs nightly between 5 and 10 p.m.
Mr. Godard is a true Clark Griswold wannabe offering thanks to his seven year old daughter Marisa, 10 year old son Lucas, and very patient wife Patricia for this year’s festival of light.
