Transportation Engineer
Salary: $91,367 to $137,955 per year
Who should apply: The City is hiring a transportation engineer who will work in the Infrastructure Services Department, a team that designs, builds, and optimizes our infrastructure investment to create inclusive, accessible, creative, and connected resilient communities. Positions are available in the Community Projects team and in the Mobility and Transit Projects team.
Application Analyst
Salary: $43.35 to $57.96 per hour
Who should apply: The application analyst will support and enhance the use of various systems related to the city’s Water Services department. To apply, you must have a degree in computer science, business, or a related field and at least five years of related experience.
Salary: $44.76 to $59.84 per hour
Who should apply: As the Transit Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Research Specialist, you will provide GIS subject matter expertise and support customer analytics for Calgary Transit. You will bridge the Corporate GIS technologies with needs specific to Calgary Transit through ambassadorship, education, strategic advice and direction, and analytic data.
Applications Inquiries Coordinator
Salary: $83,059 to $125,413 per year
Who should apply: As the Applications Inquiries Coordinator, you will be accountable for the administration, direction, and supervision of a large, diversified operation. You will also be responsible for a team of direct reports, managing the day-to-day operations and supporting the manager with strategic initiatives that achieve the City of Calgary’s corporate strategy.
Salary: $35.45 to $47.43 per hour
Who should apply: As the Parking Photo Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for analyzing field-acquired photographic evidence, issuance of infraction notices, their distribution, and attendance to court to represent the city in disputed ticket cases. In this position, you will utilize the in-house built Park Plus system – which employs license plate recognition and GPS-assisted camera technologies in conjunction with zone mapping and integrated payment services to implement parking policies and provide parking services.
Salary: Starting at $31.07 per hour

Who should apply: As the Senior Safety Codes Officer, you will be responsible for the proper inspection, investigation and compliance with the Safety Codes Act and other relevant legislation by managing day-to-day operations and providing front-line supervision to the Safety Codes Officers (SCO) team. You will provide subject matter expertise with orders, charges, appeals and complex cases.
Salary: $33.29 to $44.52 per hour
