Check out Chinook Centre's Instagrammable Christmas display (PHOTOS)

It’s no secret that shopping malls become epicentres of Christmas cheer the closer we get to the holiday season, and CF Chinook Centre is no exception.

Calgary’s largest mall flipped the switch to illuminate their four-storey-tall Christmas tree on November 16, and the place has been a hotspot for shoppers and Instagrammers alike ever since.

Alongside the humongous Christmas tree is a variety of decorations that make for a perfectly festive backdrop, including a wall of Christmas lights, gigantic reindeer, a glowing tunnel, and a place to visit the jolly man himself.

If you’ve been putting off doing your holiday shopping for a little closer to the big day, we’d suggest heading out to the mall to not only tick some names off of that list but also to check out the dazzling display.
