Chakalaka is opening its rooftop patio in Calgary

Calgary’s patio season is starting early this year, and new spot Chakalaka’s is starting even earlier. 

YYC’s fresh destination for tapas eats and cocktails celebrated its grand opening last month, and now, you can head to its awesome outdoor space.

The 1410 17 Avenue SW restaurant took over the former location of World Bier Haus, so most of us that had been to that concept before know there’s an epic rooftop patio to take advantage of on nicer days.

Chakalaka describes itself as a modern tapas restaurant and bar. It offers patrons the table BBQ experience alongside a selection of cocktails.

This spot also has a hot make-it-yourself stone cooking option if you’re dining in the restaurant.

The patio is first come, first served, so plan accordingly and enjoy.
