One of the suspects responsible for a vicious assault on an autistic man in Ontario has been identified.

According to Peel Regional Police, investigators identified the suspect as 25-year-old Ronjot Singh Dhami of no fixed address. Police say his last known address is in Surrey, BC.

On Tuesday March 13, at approximately 10:45 pm, police received a call with regards to a violent assault at the Square One bus terminal in Mississauga.

The 29 year-old victim was sitting on the stairs of the lower level of the bus terminal when he was approached by three male suspects. Police say the three males then surrounded the victim and continued to punch and kick the male multiple times.

The suspects then fled the scene. The victim was taken to local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Police have now issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Dhami and he is wanted for one count of Aggravated Assault.

Dhami and the other two suspects may still be in the GTA, and police say they are being encouraged to call a lawyer and surrender.

Anyone who sees Dhami or the other suspects is asked to call police immediately, and do not approach as they are extremely dangerous.
