Landing on a weekend, Calgary has a ton of places hosting Canada Day parties this Saturday. Here’s a quick list of some for you to check out.
National on 17th
No need to leave Calgary to enjoy mountain brews this Canada Day. National on 17th is bringing them to you by featuring Banff Ave. Brewing Co. and Jasper Brewing Co. at their Canada Day celebration. They will be having a Canadian themed BBQ, Sleeves on special for $5 and a chance to win a weekend getaway in the mountains.

Bring in 150 with Kid Ink
Marquee is hosting a hip hop show featuring Kid Ink and Eazy Mac. They are known for putting on unreal shows, so this is sure to be a great time. Grab your friends and head down. Tickets range from $35 to $55 can be purchased on Ticketfly.

Music Calgary – Drakefest
What is more Canadian than Drake? Music Calgary will be playing all the bangers Drake has to offer including his mix tapes. Of course they’ll be playing other artists throughout the years as well. Specials for the evening include $4.50 shots of tequila and Jager, so you’ll be sure to get lit this Canada Day.

11th Annual CIBC Canada Day Bash Featuring Downway
This punk show is obviously amazing because it has been running for 11 years! Downway is a Canadian punk band that has been together since ‘95, so they definitely know how to put on a good show. Get your tickets here for $20

Calgary’s first ever Caribbean Patio Party will be taking place at Richardo’s. Now this is an afternoon party, but it is a good place to start your evening. They will feature all of the rhythms of Caribbean and island inspired bevvies. Get there early because capacity is limited.
