We’ve got good news and bad news, YYC.
The bad news is that the wintery weather is back – but just for today.
By the weekend, we’ll be seeing a high of 13°C, and if that’s not good news, we don’t know what is.
It’s -6°C in Calgary right now, although it feels more like -14°C.
According to The Weather Network, Calgarians can expect a high of -4°C on Wednesday, with flurries starting at 4 pm and lasting into the evening.

Luckily, the city won’t see a whole lot of snow, as there is less than 1 cm expected, and things will clear up overnight, with Thursday bringing sunshine and a high of 4°C.

The temperature continues to rise as we move into the weekend, and there is a forecast high of 10°C on Friday.
Saturday and Sunday are when the real spring weather hits, with continued sunny skies and a high of 13°C both days – that pretty much meets shorts-wearing criteria for a lot of us.
Sounds like a perfect weekend to relax on a patio with a beverage in hand.
Soak up some rays while it lasts, because we could see flurries again by next Wednesday.
