Calgary weather to see snow, sun, temperature change of 26°C this week

Calgary weather is at it again.

While we’ve received so much snow over the past weekend that the Deerfoot shutdown and the City had to call a snow route parking ban, there is still a little hope on the horizon.

…buuuut before we get to that, we’re first going to see another few days of snowy skies and seriously freezing temperatures.

Monday and Tuesday will see a break from the white stuff, but it’ll be back in earnest come Wednesday. Thursday will follow suit, along with dropping to the lowest temperature of the week at -21°C.

The shining light we’ve all been waiting for will come on Friday, with sunny skies and a low (and high) of -7°C.

Saturday will bring us out of the week-long freeze with temperatures as high as 5°C, and Sunday will hover around 1°C – without a cloud in sight the whole weekend through.
