Calgary Police Service expands online reporting tool

Calgary Police Service has expanded the capabilities of its online reporting system in order to help maintain physical distancing.

Citizens can now report theft of property, theft from vehicle, vandalism of vehicle and property, and stolen property found online, according to a release from CPS.

Reports can be made by visiting the CPS website and clicking the option for Report a Crime.

The police have also reminded Calgarians to call 911 to report a crime in progress, and to call the non-emergency police line at 403-266-1234 to report already occurred crimes involving violence against people. This includes abuse, robberies, and break and enters.
