7 ways you can truly nerd out in Calgary while celebrating Pi Day 2019
Some people decide to celebrate Pi Day (that is, March 14, or 3/14) by eating some delicious pie, and while there’s nothing wrong with that, we’re of the mind that the celebrations should last all day… and there’s only so much pie you can fit in your belly.

Deerfoot City Rec Room Calgary

What: If you’re looking for something a little more old-school, try checking out the newly opened Pin-Bar. A beautiful mixture of arcade, sandwich shop, and bar, this place is seriously fun.

Circus! Science Under the Big Top 2019
What: Circus! Science Under the Big Top was opened on Saturday, February 2, inviting Calgarians and visitors alike into the world of performers, puzzles, and amazing acrobatics.
From the physics of the high wire to the science of sword swallowing, attendees will be able to both see the spectacles unfold before their eyes and get a deeper understanding of the science at work behind the daring feats.
