Construction is officially underway on a new private club in Calgary that is set to span 400,000 sq. ft. and feature some top-tier amenities.

Jayman Living broke ground on the 400,000 sq. ft. Nostalgia Club on Monday, Oct. 5, with the facility set to open in Fall 2029.

According to the developers, the new club is set to be “the most prestigious private social and athletic club in North America.”

“The Nostalgia Club began with my own family. I saw the connections my daughter and her family found through their club, and it made me want to create a place where generations belong together,” said Jay Westman, chairman and CEO of Jayman BUILT, in a release.

The private club in southeast Calgary will feature a bunch of amenities, including an NHL-sized ice rink, multiple pools, a fitness centre, tennis and pickleball courts, a climbing centre, rooftop dining, and a luxury spa.
