These three neighbourhoods are the most in demand in Calgary right now

The housing market in Calgary is shaping up to be strong this year, and it seems that some neighbourhoods are even more sought after than others.
According to the digital real estate platform Wahi, several neighbourhoods in the city have seen serious overbidding, indicating a lot of interest in those areas.
When looking at all home sales across Calgary in Q4, 94% of Calgary neighbourhoods were in overbidding, 2% were in underbidding, and 3% had homes that sold at asking.
The neighbourhoods that saw the highest overbidding are spread throughout the city, with one located in the northwest quadrant, another in the southwest, and another in the southeast.
Wahi added that it only includes neighbourhoods with five sales or more in its data.
