The Calgary Flames are serving up a new selection of beer at the Saddledome.

Molson Coors Beverage is the new beer supplier, the Flames revealed Wednesday morning.

This ends a partnership with Original 16 Pale Ale, which became the official beer of the Flames ahead of the 2022-23 season. Before that, the Flames partnered with Budweiser.

This decision will serve as nostalgia for Flames fans, as the Saddledome last served Molson products at the end of the 2010-11 season.

Fans attending games at the Saddledome can now enjoy domestic draught and cans of Molson Canadian, Coors Light, Coors Original, and Blue Moon at several locations throughout the arena.

An 18-ounce cup of Molson Canadian or Coors Light is available for $13.25, while 473 mL cans of Banded Peak, Michelob Ultra, Stella Artois, or Corona are $14.75.

Other alcoholic beverages available for purchase include Caesars ($12-13), highballs ($12), wine ($14.50-$18), coolers ($14.75), and cider ($14.75).

“We’re so proud to welcome Molson Coors back into the Scotiabank Saddledome – a name synonymous with Canadian tradition and a legacy deeply rooted in Calgary Flames hockey,” said Calgary Sports & Entertainment Corporation’s president and CEO, Robert Hayes.

“This partnership represents more than just expanded choice for our fans through a great lineup of beverages; it’s a celebration of tradition, community, and the unwavering passion of the C of Red. Here’s to new memories, cold beers, and a bright future together.”

Another big change is that the Dutton’s Canadian Lounge will be transformed into the Molson Hockey House at Dutton’s. The lounge will be updated with a fresh interior and several other modern touches.
