Festivals are what make Calgary’s culture so rich and are truly the heartbeat of the city. There is nothing more exhilarating than seeing the strength and unity that is represented when Calgarians get together to celebrate all that our city has to offer.

There are so many different types of festivals happening this month that celebrate the multiculturalism in our city and provide opportunities to get the family out of the house and enjoying the great outdoors!

Spruce Meadows North American

  • What: Enjoy shopping, pony rides, face painting, wagon rides and more, as you cheer on some of the best show jumping athletes in the Americas.

IgNITE The Midway

  • What: Stampede and Beakerhead put together makes for one unreal night at the Stampede grounds! Ride the midway until 1 am, participate in the Silent Disco at the Coca-Cola Stage and party at the Stampede like you have never partied before.

The Calgary Stampede

  • What: It’s the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth and its back for its 105th year – need we say more!

  • What: Celebrate Latin American Culture in this vibrant street festival!
