These 5 neighbourhoods are the fastest-selling in Calgary right now

If you’re looking for a home in Calgary, a new real estate report just revealed the fastest-selling neighbourhoods in the city, and they have homes flying off the market in under four weeks.
The digital real estate platform Wahi just released its January 2026 report on the fastest- and slowest-selling neighbourhoods with at least five sales.
Here are the five fastest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary as of January 2026:
- Discovery Ridge, with an average of 16 days on the market
- Willow Park, with an average of 22 days on the market
- Altadore, with an average of 22 days on the market
- Windsor Park, with an average of 23 days on the market
- Marlborough, with an average of 23 days on the market
Discovery Ridge took the top spot on the list, with homes being taken off the market in just over two weeks. It also had the highest median sold price, at $1,257,500. Last month, Deer Run was at the top of the list with homes flying off the market in just 14 days.
Windsor Park has the lowest median sold price at $335,000.
On the other hand, Wahi also revealed the slowest-selling neighbourhoods in the city, with some homes taking over three months to sell.
Here are the five slowest-selling neighbourhoods in Calgary as of January 2026:
- Downtown Commercial Core, with an average of 101days on the market
- Martindale, with an average of 98 days on the market
- Monterey Park, with an average of 96 days on the market
- Bridgeland-Riverside, with an average of 93 days on the market
- Hounsfield Heights-Briar Hill, with an average of 93 days on the market
Downtown Commercial Core led the pack with homes taking over three months to sell, and also has the lowest median sold price at $355,000. Hounsfield Heights-Briar Hill was the most expensive neighbourhood with a median sold price of $505,000.
