5 of the most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary right now

A February real estate report just revealed the five most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, and one has a median sold price of over $2 million.

The digital real estate platform Wahi released its monthly housing report showing which five neighbourhoods with at least five sales had the highest and lowest median sold prices in February 2026.

Here are the five most expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of February 2026:

  1. Elbow Park, with a median sold price of $2,275,000
  2. Altadore, with a median sold price of $1,300,000
  3. Hillhurst, with a median sold price of $1,235,000
  4. Mount Pleasant, with a median sold price of $1,130,000
  5. Hounsfield Heights-Briar Hill, with a median sold price of $1,082,500

Elbow Park took the first spot on the list with a median sold price of $2,275,000. Last month, Discovery Ridge led the pack with a median sold price of just $1,257,500. 

Altadore came in second place last month with a median sold price of $1,129,750, which has since risen to $1,300,000. Out of the most expensive neighbourhoods, Elbow Park was the fastest-selling, with homes sitting on the market for an average of 20 days.

On the other end of the spectrum, Wahi also revealed the least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary, with each having a median sold price under $315,000.

Here are the five least expensive neighbourhoods in Calgary as of February 2026:

  1. Sunalta, with a median sold price of $215,000
  2. Bankview, with a median sold price of $260,000
  3. Lincoln Park, with a median sold price of $278,000 
  4. Crescent Heights, with a median sold price of $293,125
  5. Downtown East Village, with a median sold price of $310,000

Sunalta led the list with a median sold price of just $215,000. Bankview came in second, dropping from its first-place spot last month when it had a median sold price of $237,125.
