Winter ice skating at Olympic Plaza
What: Built in 1988 for the Olympic Winter Games, Olympic Plaza has the only refrigerated outdoor ice surface in the city. You can rent skates down at the plaza if you don’t have a pair of your own. Helmets are strongly encouraged.

Touchdown at Poolside by Hotel Arts
What: Hotel Arts has announced that they’re planning to host a Super Bowl viewing/pool party for the big event this Sunday, February 2, according to a release from the hotel.
Your ticket will land you access to the year-round covered pool, a view of the live-streamed game, a buffet, a live DJ, and 24-hour parking.

Tubing at Winsport’s Canada Olympic Park

Yoga class at Southcentre Mall supporting Eating Disorder Awareness Week
What: Soutcentre Mall is hosting a community-building yoga class on Sunday at 11 am as part of Eating Disorder Awareness Week. The class will be led by dope(a)me founder Marin McCue, who will also share her story about eating disorders, something that 55,000 Albertans currently suffer from.
