A huge handmade Christmas market is coming to Calgary this month

A massive DIY pop-up market returns to Calgary this month just in time for some early holiday shopping.

The annual Etsy Calgary’s One Stop Christmas Shop is happening on Saturday, November 30 at Golden Acre Home & Garden.

The celebration of quality craftsmanship dedicated to makers from Calgary’s own backyard is the perfect place to get some festive holiday decor, or to knock off a few names from that gift-list before the sheer chaos that is shopping in December.

“Everything from great gifts for family and friends, to Christmas trees and holiday decor, all under one roof,” the event’s Facebook page reads.

Admission is just $3 at the door (cash only, kids under 13 are free), and there will be a number of food trucks on-site to keep your hunger sated so that you can shop for even longer.

The event will run from 10 am to 4 pm, though we’d suggest getting there during the earlier hours of the day to make sure you don’t miss out on any of the amazing creations on offer.
