Calgary's popular all-inclusive meat and beer festival returns this summer
We just received word that one of the most anticipated foodie events is returning to Calgary this year. The countdown has officially started for Brewery and the Beast.
The much-loved celebration of brews, meat, and everything delicious is returning on Sunday, Aug. 24, 2025.

For those who don’t know, Brewery and the Beast is an all-you-can-enjoy meat and beer festival. This year, over 60 of Calgary and Banff’s best culinary talents will attend, offering all sorts of delicious meaty creations.
Guests can choose their own adventure when it comes to pairing dishes with a selection of refreshing cocktails, craft beer, ciders, premium wines, seltzers, and non-alcoholic options. There will also be live music and guest DJs to keep the party going.

Tickets for the event start at $149.95, but a VIP option starts at $249.95, which gets you a one-hour exclusive experience with a premium selection of bites and beverages from acclaimed guest chefs and bartenders, a private lounge to relax between tastings, price bars, and 10 minutes of early access to the Main Event.
“Brewery & the Beast has always been about bringing people together over incredible food, drinks, and music,” says Scott Gurney, director of 17 Black Events, the festival’s producer.
“This year, we’re raising the bar with an even more polished and immersive experience. From the lineup of chefs and presenters to the beverages and entertainment, 2025 will be our best year yet.”
Brewery and the Beast will also make stops in Vancouver on July 27 and Vancouver Island on Sept. 21. Tickets are available online from Mar. 25, 2025.
