Dec 19 2017, 11:21 am

Calling all meat lovers: Brewery & the Beast will have Calgary all fired up this summer at the popular annual BBQ and beer event. This year, Brewery & the Beast happens Sunday, August 21 at Pumphouse Park.

The popular meat-centric event celebrates the best in whole animal cooking, using meat that is raised locally and ethically. Local chefs showcase their talent on the plate with tantalizing samples representing a vast array of meat preparations, including whole animal roasts, charcuterie, classic BBQ, traditional, ethnic, modern, and exotic dishes prepared from an assortment of conventional and rare cuts of protein.

Look for eats from Calgary spots like Starbelly, Anju, Charbar, Cluck N’ Cleaver, Model Milk, Market, and many more.

As a fun bonus, live music at this 18+ only event will come from the Electric Timber Co., with special guests. The outdoor event is rain or shine.
