BOXD poutines at OEB

There’s an entire category of the menu at OEB for breakfast poutines. Look for the box with the BOXD items, and you’ll see heaps of options for piles of herbed potatoes or fries with eggs, sauce, cheese curds, and toppings. Their classic is the Soul in a Bowl (poached eggs, herb potatoes, Saint Cyrille curds, slow cooked bacon lardons, and brown butter Hollandaise) but they also offer veggie versions, seafood-y versions, or the Gold Digga (which includes Quebec cheese curds, pork belly, and black truffles).
