Bitter Sisters Brewing Co. just opened its doors in Calgary (PHOTOS)
Calgary just got another quality spot to sip on a cold beer and eat some awesome grub.
Bitter Sisters Brewing Co. has opened its doors at 510 Heritage Drive SW, and it’s safe to say the opening weekend was a success based on what we’ve seen on social media.
The new brewery is currently serving up four house-made brews including a pale ale, wheat ale, IPA, and mild ale.

In addition to drinks, Bitter Sisters also has a full kitchen.
The menu here offers a selection of share plates like Beer and Cheese Fondue, Tuna Tartar, and a Brewers Board with Broxburn pepper marmalade, confit cherry tomato, grilled asparagus, pickled veg, blue cheese, LBB pale ale mustard, grilled mild Italian sausage, and a grilled baguette.

On top of those snacks, there’s an array of soups and salads up for order alongside sandwiches and mains.
Think Steak and Frites, Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and a Bacon Cheese Burger — there are plenty of hearty options to go with your brew at this new spot.

Bitter Sisters is open Sunday and Monday from 11:30 am to 10 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:30 am to 11 pm, and Thursday to Saturday from 11:30 am to midnight.
Kids are also welcome here until 9 pm daily.
