Those hoping to get back into the fitness game after a few less than ideal months can get the jump-start they need this weekend.
Barre Belle has announced that they have opened a pop-up studio in The Core Shopping Centre, created specifically to allow for physically distanced workouts.

What’s even better is that they’re offering free classes for opening weekend this Saturday and Sunday, providing the perfect introduction to Barre, HIIT, and strength classes.
Classes run for 50 minutes and are expected to burn an average of 500 calories, depending on height and weight, according to the studio’s website.
Usual drop-in classes are $25 plus tax, though those who are new to Barre Belle can get a two week pass for $59.
Studio X is expected to feature small class sizes, and requires that all participants bring their own equipment. A post on Barre Belle’s Instagram page states that some equipment is optional and available for purchase at the studio.
Mats are necessary, however.
This weekend’s Studio X schedule features a Strength and Cardio Circuit at 8:30 am, Barre X at 10 am on Saturday, as well as Barre X at 8:30 am and Barre Fit at 10 am on Sunday and Monday.
