Awesome Alberta: Unwind at Banff Upper Hot Springs (PHOTOS)

We think it’s pretty safe to say that work is always a little bit stressful.

Between budget cuts, quarterly reports, audits, and whatever else happens during the work week, all that tention can really pile up. Grab a couple of friends and hit your body’s natural reset button at Banff’s Upper Hot Springs to let all those worries simply melt away.

Take in the warm spring waters and soak in some natural minerals for some serious relaxation after a day of hiking (or mimosas) and catching some amazing views of the mountain (or the drinks menu).

Banff Upper Hot Springs offers a wide array of amenities including the pool where the hot springs are located and a restaurant with breathtaking views of Mount Rundle. If you’re not feeling restaurant vibes, pack a picnic and grab one of the many picnic tables to cool down with some finger sandwiches and sweet strawberry wine after your soak.
