On Monday, August 1, five prominent chefs will collaborate over street foods from various regions of Asia at Anju Restaurant.

Guests will be taken on a culinary trip into the heart of cities like Seoul, Shanghai, Tokyo and Manila, where quick-yet-quality nourishment is a way of life.

Auju owner Roy Oh along with Edgar Gutierrez of Edmonton’s Tres Carnales & Rostizato, Eric Hendry of Model Milk, Dean Chan of Umami and a mystery chef will tickle your tastebuds. You’ll get a welcome cocktail and a 10-course dinner with five snacks, followed by five main courses. Tickets are $75 per person from 5 to 9 pm with proceeds from each ticket going to Mealshare.

Interested guests can make reservations directly at Auju online or by calling 403-460-3341.
